Returns are either to be given directly to Beatrice Barkin or returned by post in their original packaging.

Refunds or returns of items are only allowed if the item arrived damaged.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 business days after delivery. Proof of damage is required. Please send a photo of the damaged item to beatricebarkin@gmail.com. If no photo is sent or you do not wish to supply a photo of the damaged item, we will be unable to accept a return, issue a refund, or replace the item.

It is imperative that you contact Beatrice Barkin prior to returning an item. If you return an item before providing proof of damage, we will be unable to review your refund or replacement request.
